Unless cultures make a concious effort to only reproduce with their own kind, the world population will have one race dominating over 80% of the population within the next 200 years..

The meaning of revolution is to take a stand against ill powers: Racism, drugs, tyranny, self hatred, etc. This song isn't saying 'Rise Up And Kill The White Man'.
