I don't think this video was an invitation for religious debates. I too am religious, but I think the point of this video was to educate people who are not aware about how vast and endless the universe is. It's a beautiful video.

The important thing, in any case, is to have a form of inner peace about existence. If one gets that from the concept of god, then i don't see a huge problem with that in itself. I do think, however, that there are some serious drawbacks from religion, in the larger scope. Religion can actively function as a dividing-tool, amongst different people. And i guess its not that hard to see the potential conflicts when dealing with sides that both insist on being the administers of truth.
