Well......I think the main idea of my thought process, is that there are multiple, if not infinite amounts of planets out there, so finding a planet that's similar to earth, given the right technology, could have the ability locate and travel to them. It's not really something that anyone of us alive today are going to achieve, but if you humanity doesn't destroy itself first, or some other cataclysmic event doesn't occur, THEN, maybe, humanity will learn to manipulate space itself, to travel.
